New Wave Seafood is a fully independent specialist seafood company that was set up by Tim Boyd in 1989 to supply chefs in the Cotswolds with top-quality fresh fish and shellfish from the coast. The firm has expanded considerably over the decades, and demand is such that we now supply many of the finest restaurants in central and southern England, including rosetted and Michelin-star establishments. In addition, we supply schools and colleges (including many Oxford colleges), event caterers, private chefs, luxury nursing homes, elite sports teams and fresh-fish counters (including in several renowned London food stores).

Tim continues to be Managing Director of New Wave and involved on a day-to-day basis. The company’s success has been a team effort, and we always strive to be flexible, adaptable and innovative, while never losing sight of our core values and ethos – namely, to provide excellent-quality sustainable seafood and a dedicated personal service to all our customers at all times.
