We stock an unrivalled range of fresh fish and shellfish – usually up to 50 varieties at any one time – and can supply a good balance of customers’ tried-and-tested favourites and speciality items that will appeal to more adventurous home cooks. We will also keep you informed about which fish are at their best each week. We can prepare all the fish for your counter, supplying oven-ready whole fish, perfectly formed fillets cut to a size of your choosing, and dressed crab and lobster.
