We are delighted to offer a large selection of top-quality smoked fish. Most is cured and smoked at the renowned artisan Severn & Wye Smokery in the Cotswolds, using traditional methods. Our haddock is naturally smoked the traditional way with no dyes or additives.

SMOKED SALMON (Severn & Wye Smokery/Chapel & Swan Smokehouse) – whole, sliced sides, sliced packs, trimmings 

HOT SMOKED SALMON (Severn & Wye Smokery/Chapel & Swan Smokehouse) – whole sides, portions, flakes  

GRAVADLAX (Severn & Wye Smokery) – whole, sliced sides, sliced packs (including beetroot-cured gravadlax) 

HOT SMOKED TROUT (Bibury Trout Farm/Severn & Wye Smokery) – fillets

SMOKED RESPONSIBLY FARMED EEL (Severn & Wye Smokery) – whole, fillets 

SMOKED MACKEREL (Severn & Wye Smokery) – fillets (including peppered fillets)  

KIPPERS (Severn & Wye Smokery) – whole, fillets
